Holy Trinity Junior Church @ Blackford

Junior Church meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month during term time at Blackford Village Hall. We learn about God together through reading Bible stories and enjoy games and crafts. We join the main church for the final part of the service - usually a Communion Service, at around 9.45am. All school aged children are welcome. Younger children are welcome if accompanied by an adult! Meet at the hall at 8.55am and pick up from the church at 10am.

St Mary's is the ancient parish church for Wedmore.
The present church dates back to the fifteenth century, although there will have been a church on the site dating back to Saxon times.
As well as Sunday services and a regular Junior Church (for children aged 4-11), the church
offers a monthly Fairtrade Coffee Shop,
welcomes babies, children and adults for
baptism
and is the place where couples with a
connection to Wedmore can be married.

Opening Times: The church is open daily from c.8.30 a.m. to dusk.
