Mondays 6.45 to 7.45 pm and Tuesdays 8.30 to 9.30 pm – Wedmore Village Hall

General level classes suitable for all Classes encourage stillness of mind as well as developing strength, flexibility and balance in the body.

The importance of connecting mind, body and breath will be emphasized.
