Wedmore Opera has not been idle over the last few months. We have been making lots of provisional plans for when we are able to put on “live” productions, whenever that might be.
In the meantime we have been getting to grips with Google Meets and have a lively chorus, some twenty in number rehearsing a virtual chorus, anything Gareth Malone can do, we can do it too!
The final performance will be ready in August with plans to use social media to make it available to everyone. Then maybe, just maybe we hope to be able to do a live orchestral performance in the village. So keep an eye on our website www.wedmoreopera.com for more information.
