General level classes suitable for all. Classes encourage stillness of mind as well as developing strength, flexibility and balance in the body.
Pilates Class at Wedmore Village Hall
Beginners/ general level class Classical mat Pilates class with a focus on connecting to your body and breath to strengthen and stabilise the whole body.
Tuesdays at 6.15 pm
