Walking for Wellness – November 2019

Walking is one of the finest and most rewarding exercise activities, out there close to nature.

Plus good for your heart, lungs and joints. Make it mindful by focusing on the glorious autumn colours and improve how you feel.

Take a leaf from nature and re-energise your workouts and activities.
