I will be continuing to see clients online for one to one Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions for the foreseeable future. I am hoping to return to Wedmore Medical Practice and the Hampden Osteopathic Clinic in Winscombe soon, but until then I will continue to be available online.
Online appointments are working fantastically well. All of my clients have found it easy to do and have said that it feels as if we are in the room together. Research studies show that there is no difference with the success rate between online and face to face sessions. In fact, some people might even prefer online therapy, perhaps if they feel uncomfortable to see a therapist face to face or if they have a compromised immune system.
It’s been wonderful to help so many new clients with feelings of stress and anxiety, motivation, menopause, phobias and sleep problems and as the location is no longer a problem, I have been able to see clients from all over the country.
I use Zoom Pro which is secure and really easy. I just send you a link and we join together online. This means you can relax in the comfort of your own home and have a cup of tea if you wish.
