Externally the homes are finished with sand colour render; stone detailing and wooden cladding, creating a traditional colour palette, deliver a contemporary feel, which blends well with surrounding architectural styles.
Internally both houses are presented and dressed in a contemporary style, complementing the external features: some aspects of final interior finish can be decided by the buyer, providing that purchase is made before the site is completed.
