Brimming with verve and energy, Chaucer’s well-loved stories are brought beautifully alive by the students from Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, who we once again welcome to Wedmore for their annual performance as part of their West Country tour.
A colourful cast of characters set off for Canterbury, competing to tell their tales of love, lust, adventure and chivalry. All of medieval life is here, with the wide range of social strata rubbing shoulders as the Miller, the Steward and the Wife of Bath (among others) all have their tales to tell.
Our subscribers have until 1st May, when tickets go on general sale from Wedmore Village Store, to snap up the best seats in the house, including the new raked seating (coloured red on the seating plan) which always sells quickly.
Click on the BOOK NOW icon to get your tickets using priority booking code ‘BOVTS‘, or call our Box Office on 01934 743953.
Dame Edna’s Big Night Out
This year’s Wedmore Theatre spring comedy revue broke all records by selling out three weeks before its opening, and leaving a long waiting list of disappointed would-be audience members who failed to get tickets.
