Wedmore Theatre Open Meeting – 2 February
There will be an open meeting at 4.00 pm on Sunday 2 February in Wedmore Village Hall for all those interested in staging Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’.
Warm in Wedmore – 5, 6, 19, 20, 26 and 27 February
Join fellow villagers for a friendly chat, hot drinks and delicious soup at the Masonic
Hall, Church Street from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm. Note there is no Warm in Wedmore
on 12 or 13 February.
Blackford Harvest Home Winter Warmer – 7 February
Blackford Harvest Home are holding their annual Winter Warmer on the evening of
Friday 7 February 2025.

An Evening of Spring Song – 8 March
Join soprano Maisie Lewis, mezzo-soprano Molly Soo and pianist Jonathan Delbridge for an evening of Spring Song at St Mary’s Church, Wedmore, at 7.30 pm on Saturday 8 March.
Friends of St Mary’s AGM and Skittles Evening – 18 March
The Friends of St Mary’s will hold an AGM, skittles, and fish and chips evening at the Post and Wicket on the evening of Tuesday 18 March.
Wedmore Village Farm 2025 Launch – 22 March
A 2025 launch event to celebrate the spring equinox, with the Langport Mummers,
a bonfire, music, food, and drink.
Mark Youth Theatre presents Matilda Jr. – 27 to 29 March
Mark Youth Theatre returns to the Blakehay Theatre in Weston-super-Mare, from
27 to 29 March 2025, with a production of Matilda Jr. The Musical. Clash of the Choirs! – 29 March
This annual sell-out village event, where ten local choirs compete, returns to St
