Wedmore Arts Festival 2022 on 7th to 14th May 2022

May 7 to May 14 – look forward to seeing you!

ON YOUR MARKS….

The actors are polishing up their lines, musicians tuning their instruments, singers soothing their throats, speakers checking facts, comedians double-checking jokes and dancers making their toes twinkle. Lunches have been planned, bottles are chilling and tickets selling……..The cast – in many forms – stand waiting in the wings.

Picture them:

Charles Dance next to Henry VIII, the Brandon Hill Chamber Orchestra with the Mendip Morris Dancers, a bunch of shanty-singing sailors competing with the lilt of haunting harp strings, a doctor, a pianist, a rock’n’roller, a drama queen… and a king long buried in a car park. And a headline comedy evening with Ivo Graham….!

The stage is set (and swept!) for the Wedmore Arts Festival which runs from Saturday 7 May to Saturday 14 May
